Description of Products & Services

All products from Lit Life are handmade in small quantities at home. Therefore, certain products may only be available in limited quantities. 

 

Additionally, we have made every effort to display the colours and images of the products as accurately as possible. However, the final finish of every product can be slightly different from what you see on the website. But rest assured, the quality of all products is consistently maintained, monitored and are not affected by the final look of the products. 

 

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

 

When buying an item, you agree that: 

1. you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it

2. you are aware, read and understood the “Candle Care Guide” and/or "Diffuser Care Guide" before you make the payment

3. you enter a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

 

Price & Payment

The price of every product listed on the website includes all taxes and is the final price you pay for the product, excluding shipping, which is explicitly stated when you choose your mode of shipping. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.
