Exchange, Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
We want our customers to be 100% happy and satisfied with our products. So, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at email@example.com.
Having said that, please make sure you read and understand the Care Guides and Fragrances before making your purchase.
Change of mind:
Due to the nature of our products, please be mindful and choose carefully as exchanges or refunds are not provided if you have simply changed your mind or made a wrong selection.
We take the quality of our products seriously and we do everything in our power to ensure that your purchase arrives in perfect condition. However, should your purchase arrive damaged or fail to be of acceptable quality, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org including as many details as possible about the order and the product, with photograph evidence within 7 days of arrival.
You are entitled to a replacement or a refund if the product arrives with a major failure. The products and packaging must be returned in an unused condition. Any product and packaging that is returned in a used condition will not be deemed faulty or damaged, and a refund will not be given. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please make sure to pack well the item to avoid any further damage to the product or packaging and email us at email@example.com to receive the shipping address. We will pay you the shipping costs for return of damaged items as long as you provide the proof of shipping.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days, depending on our payment partner, Stripe.
Unfortunately, we don't offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on sale items.
