Currently, we offer Australia wide shipping only.

All orders are shipped within a specified amount of time, as mentioned in the confirmation email after the order is placed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Please check junk folder if you think you haven’t received this information, and if it’s not there, please let us know at litlifeau@gmail.com and we will update you on the status of your order.

There are three modes of shipping you can choose at the time of checkout –

Click & Collect:

We offer free pick up from Craigieburn VIC 3064. The details of when and where to pick up will be indicated in the order confirmation email once you place your order.

Local Delivery:

We offer free delivery to a number of suburbs within Melbourne. Whether your order is eligible for this mode of delivery will be indicated at the time of choosing your delivery options, based on your delivery address.

Domestic Shipping:

We offer STANDARD shipping to anywhere in Australia for a flat fee indicated during the checkout process. Orders within Australia should arrive within 3 – 10 business days after shipping date depending on which state you are located in. You will receive all relevant tracking information once we have shipped your purchase. If you require express shipping, please write to us at litlifeau@gmail.com and we will try to accomodate your request if possible.

Shipment delivery time is not guaranteed by Lit Life and we are not responsible for any order once it has been shipped. Please use the tracking number to follow up with the delivery partner on the status of your order.

Please ensure all details including name and address are entered accurately before finalising the order. Lit Life is not responsible for any incorrect information and we are not required to refund you if your order is undelivered due to customer error.

We care about the environment and don’t want to contribute to more waste, so from time to time, you might receive your order in a recycled box. We reuse old boxes, or boxes in which we receive our supplies, and we encourage everyone else to recycle, reuse our packaging materials.
